WorldBand began as Data Frontiers and was originally incorporated in 1996 with the mission of providing municipalities, local school systems, and small businesses with a higher level of technological expertise so they could enjoy the benefits of today's technology without the expense of a full time IT staff. If they did have the luxury of employees dedicated to Information Technology (IT), those employees usually had only one area of expertise and the client was still using outside contractors; this was expensive and not very cost effective.

We have grown to cover all aspects of technology. In 2004 we purchased and integrated into our business an Internet Service Provider (ISP) which provides high speed internet connections such as Digital Subscriber Lines (DSL) and T1's as well as web hosting, data hosting and email hosting services. In 2004 we integrated a Telecommunications Division into our offerings. We now offer design, installation and support services on client telephone (PBX) systems. We solve problems swiftly and in the most cost-effective manner and as of January 1st 2005, these business have officially been rolled under one corporate name; WorldBand Communications, Inc.

Our goal is to build an organization that allows our clients to call one number to solve ALL their technology needs. We have engineers and technicians with backgrounds in all facets of technology to fulfill this goal.
